Dogs of Springbank
Springbank House is home to many things, but perhaps the most popular residents are Ella and Ridley. The two Bernese Mountain Dogs are lovable and lovely, happy inhabitants of this historic home and greet our guests with big wags in anticipation of (not mandatory) pets.
Ella is the elder, a two year old female whose days are spent on walks through picturesque Yates, or practicing her many tricks learned in extensive training with Geoff.
Ridley, the new addition, is a few months old and growing leaps and bounds. He is the quieter of the two, preferring naps in the many sunspots throughout the house thanks to its large windows. You’ll find him following the sun’s journey between quick trips to the yard and his food dish.
Both are lovely, very friendly and, yes, quite big. If you are not a dog person, a simple notice will suffice though this post about our two lovable pups may indicate that Springbank is perhaps best a warm recommendation to your animal loving friends.
