As amateur chefs whose passion is in the kitchen, this regular opportunity for exploration of flavours and showcasing of local goods and produce is one of the very best parts of this journey.
We work with local purveyors to bring you the very best that Niagara has to offer. From trips to the local market, to our favourite farm stands and shops we have a collection of signature dishes that just keeps growing.
